Franklin Synergy is merging with another bank which required me to come out of lockdown to move my safety deposit bank contents to a different branch. While Kyle at the closing downtown branch couldn't have been more helpful, my reception at my "new" branch was, at best, indifferent. I felt I was imposing on them rather than doing them a favor. Hope it was just an off day. .
