To be honest this place is not as bad as everybody keeps saying that it is I have lived here a little over a year with my two kids as a single mom it seems that there are a lot of single parents that live here they do go off of your income 30% of what you make is what your rent is I feel like they are very helpful here the one thing I don't like is the hours for the office because it does make it hard to get in there to do things when you need to also the laundromat on site most of them don't work half the time so that does ... read more

WHEW !!! Where do I begin. The rent is high for no reason at all. I've spoken to a couple of tenants there and they said one of the moving companies were stealing and when they tried to get the name of the company The Landlord stated that they didn't know the name of the moving company. They've done a "Renovation" recently but nothing has been renovated but the paint and an AC unit. Everything is small. Only one bathroom and the rules are beyond strict.
