You can email, you can call, you can go to the office (no one is there), no one will get back to you. It's been 2 weeks of this. The voicemail says "mailbox has not been set up yet" am I supposed to call the emergency number to get a parking sticker or just wait for my car to get towed? This place is frustrating

If I could put a zero, I would. Don’t waste your money with these slum lords. If something breaks in your apartment, don’t hold your breath for them to come and fix it. Even though the rent prices are through the roof!

it is infested with roaches, had to leave a lot of my belongings behind or outside because of it. there is lead in the water pipes so the water is not safe and they make you sign release forms incase you get lead poisoning so you cant sue. on top of all of that, they do not return your security deposit. and the pool out back is fine unless you rub against the side to get out then you have fiberglass all in your skin and itch for hours. and underneath my sink was all held up with tape. behind the wall outlets in where the roa... read more
