Poor handling of domain renewals Twice MidPhase killed my web sites on the last day of the domain registration, even though the option to automatically renew was ticked, and even though they had already charged the amount. The third time, they changed a 2-year registration to a 1 year, and then killed the site, and it has taken almost 3 weeks to even get a response from them.
