They lied! I couldn't tell you how many times I called and how many messages I left a message. I finally get a call back and spoke with the receptionist and she told me what to do. Do it all call back and leave messages over and over. Get a message to go in since we missed again. Go in and she tells me I waited to long that they can't help me now. Doesn't matter that it's because they didn't get back to me for weeks. Nope it's all my fault. I am so upset. I came to them for a reason and now I'm stuck.
