Great place and with great hard maintenance worker awesome maintenance and management thank you Michelle and your team for the hard work put into this place!
Have lived here since 2022...Building 10 was nice but too small...needed a two bedroom. Was put in Building 7...pot stench in halls and goes into my apartment. Letters were put on doors on 10/29/25...still having to put up with this! Smoke it outside like management makes cigarette smokers...signs all over property regarding smoking in buildings. People just laugh at management around here. Tired of the "Skunk weed"!!!
here to leave an honest review. 1. people have removed our clothes from the dryer serval times! 2. bugs inside unit spiders, ants centipedes and in the storage room are roaches. 3. as a paying tenant there’s never any parking, guest fill up parking constantly. 4. there’s mold in places you wouldn’t even expect because the apartment is so old and has not been updated since God knows how long. i only give 2 stars because of the location and safety. other than that BIG NO. can’t wait for our lease to be up and find something be... read more
Very disappointed they took my $40 and I was not even there for 5 minutes. I could not co-sign for my family member. Extremely rude they’re the only place in town that won’t let you do that could not get my $40 back. It’s not even there for five minutes.
