Went for an appointment that had a time they picked (booked online), sat in the waiting room for 37 min before we got called, took 15 seconds to take blood pressure and off to the next room to wait another 22 min before the doctor came in to deal with us for literally 5 min! This was also not long after they opened and on a week day, so its not like they had any excuse as to why they could be "backed up". I have been a patient of doctor Anderson since he started his practice in Calgary. . he is absolutely an incredible doctor who cares about his patients and is always willing to go the extra mile. anybody who has a problem with anything that he has done is clearly out to lunch in my opinion. doctor Anderson is one of the best doctors I've ever come across and my entire family agrees
I was checked in, saw the doctor and had a prescription filled in 30 minutes. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was thorough and kind. I highly recommend this clinic.
Nice looking clinic. However, they turned away an AISH client who wanted to get a form filled. It was a single block the doctor said he would not fill out, because he would "lose his license." They cannot be your Family Doctor, because they had "4000 requests" and they are full.
Fastest walk-in appointment ever! I was helped right away, everyone was super friendly and helpful. In and out in under and hour, with a prescription filled and placed. Couldn't ask for a better walk in experience
