We have been going to Midpark Dental for a few years now and historically my opinions have been mixed. I was satisfied with the service provided but wouldn't rave about it. After the recent arrival of Dr. Krizza Flores I can say this view has changed - for the better! Dr. Flores is wonderful with kids. She is patient and kind and was reassuring to my daughter during her whole procedure. My daughter said, "she explained it in a way that a kid would understand". UPDATE: New dentists (Dr. Flores and Dr. West) are offering very flexible hours, kind and patient focused examinations and consults and the office staff have been providing great customer service! I have had a few unplanned appointments in the last 2 months and have left feeling very supported each time! Previously Post - This review still stands true! Great experience with Dr Pepchuk and staff. They friendly and kind. Explained what they were doing each step. Made me feel comfortable.
Everyone was very nice. The Hygienist was very friendly and knowledgeable.
