I attempted to report dangerous dr*g dealing in a family property complex managed by an incompetent property manager Dora Markle, she was rude, complicit, and did not care about her tenants. If you own property I do not suggest you allowing them to manage anything that you wish to keep in good condition, and if you’re raising a family pick a different property management firm. I rented a studio apartment in the Cordora Flats at 141-147 W. Market Street in York from Midor Property Management from March through June of 2019. I dealt with Dora, the Midor Property Manager. During her building tour, Dora showed me the building elevator which was not working at the time and which she pretended not to know that it was out of order. The elevator never worked the whole time I was there. She also never told me that the combination heating/cooling system did not adequately work and that it was freezing cold... read more
This company owner is rude and unprofessional. We used them to rent our home and it was a very unpleasant experience to say the least. They charge for bogus service calls and do not fix the issue or they hire unprofessional people to so called fix the work in which they have no knowledge on how to fix. They sent someone out to fix our HVAC and charged us for something that we had to have corrected and payed out of our pocket and we were not reimbursed for. They were called several times for a leak and never fixed the issue.... read more

Stay away....the owner(the wife) is a wild animal...she treats tenants like they were nothing...steal from her own business, lies on tenant...family member can confirm..family member told me everything, I looked online, heard from other people and ran away from that place as quick as I could...please do not rent...
