I sadly had a terrible experience here. I made an appointment at 8:30am with Doctor Vino Palli. After 35 minutes waiting, I went to the front desk and talked to Cassandra to see if she knew when the doctor would see me. I try to be as nice as possible, but she immediately replied to me in a very defensive and aggressive way. Saying that not because I have an appointment at 8:30 I will be seen at 8:30 or that I would leave the place at 8:30 AM. She she said that in any other place this would happen. MiDoctor was great! We were visiting NYC from upstate NY and my 10 year old daughter needed a tetanus shot after scraping her knee. Our Dr, Michael Chodakiewitz, MD, was so patient and kind to our daughter! He thoroughly explained everything and gave her the Tetanus Shot so expertly that she hardly noticed it! If all the Doctors at MiDoctor are as great as Dr Chodakiewitz, then I would very highly recommend them to everyone!
