If I could give a negative 10 I would. Let me start by staying never ever have had a problem until this new fly by night ownership took over. I have a Dimension one spa. Went to order a new cover for my hot tub and what the previous owner quoted me was $500 and two week delivery. The new ownership charged me $759 and 6 week delivery. Rating would be less if possible- We bought our spa when it was Midnight Sun/Spa- customer service was great, annd would be 5 Stars! Until the store was sold to Poolwerx. My Spa had/has a leak, and as we were told when it was Midnight Sun/Spa it was under warranty - and would be fixed- since then, I’ve gone to the store more than 7 times, called numerous, and emailed. Highly NOT recommended. We've had all manner of issues with the higher end hottub we purchased and now they no longer do repairs but have contracted it out - good luck getting anyone to call back or help you.
Bought hot tub 2 months ago and from day one had problems with it that they seem to ignore. I've called to set up a service call, but keep getting the run around. People tell me that they are going to call me back by a certain time, but no call comes. So I try to call again, and it's like they see the number that's calling and won't answer. I leave a message and wait for a call, but no call comes.
Extremely kind and helpful staff! Very knowledgeable and I was quite impressed. I needed a part to fix a leak in a hot tub and they had exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back
