These guys used to be my favorite coffee and lunch spot. This past year they seem to have changed where they get their coffee beans from though, and now the coffee tastes worse than folgers. The food quality has gone way down as well. Nearly everything I order is either low quality, or made wrong. Not sure if there's a change of staff or management to blame, but I wish they would go back to the way they'd been doing things before 2025 - 2026.

Food was average. The vanilla matcha was overly sweet and the coffee was weak. The service was the main problem. There is a sign at the register saying they add 15% gratuity on orders $60 and over. This would have been fine but when the tipping screen came up (after gratuity was already added), the individual working the register kept pointing to the tip screen and we had to repeatedly ask if the 15% had already been included (which it had). Service was also quite slow and several mistakes were made with the order.

I consumed the Ham and Brie Panini and my wife had the sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. All the food isase fresh and is delivered in good time. The atmosphere here is quiet, decirations are nice, but not a lot of seating If you ask for tap water, they provide a sizeable plastic glass. Sodas are purchased from bottles (including bottled)

Used to be a cool safe place. they have new staff that will miss gender trans people and they are not a little rude. I'm guessing this isn't a queer safe spot to get coffee anymore. I've never been miss gendered there and I haven't beenisgendered in almost a year now and this place now calls me sir. I won't be back.
