Practice has improved. Average wait time has improved but still can be quite lengthy. Somehow they can never find my medical records which turns into asking the same questions. Have to visit every 3 weeks for refills. Though, the staff are friendly. Not many other insured choices unfortunately.
Nickels and dimes your insurance company, then bills you when they don't pay. Misleading practices in the office lead to fraudulent charges on my bill. I visit this office with a nagging cough. I was treated with alcohol and drug screening that was presented to me as "new patient procedure" then billed $360 for it 2 years later.
Just felt like giving a shout out to everyone working here for everything they do for me every month! You guys are awesome. Thank you for what you guys do! Dr B and Dr Jennings and all there staff words can’t describe what it means to me. So once again thank you!
These people are really nice, but I have a problem about why my pharmacy is saying they are not going to fill my prescriptions from here anymore. Plus I have to pay for my medicine my Medicaid isn't paying for it like it was at the beginning.
