Nickels and dimes your insurance company, then bills you when they don't pay. Misleading practices in the office lead to fraudulent charges on my bill. I visit this office with a nagging cough. I was treated with alcohol and drug screening that was presented to me as "new patient procedure" then billed $360 for it 2 years later. Disappointed they won’t increase medication for medical procedures after building up tolerance over the last year, even on advice of other Doctors they won’t increase for pain relief and surgery complications. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for help and care in the area. Dr. B is amazing as well as Dr. Wynn. Also, if you need anything extra Autum will go out of her way to help you and make sure that you have a great experience.
Make Your Appointment, Be Calm And Thank Me Later. Dr. B Had One Of The Most Thorough First Appointments I've Had In Recent Years.
Practice has improved. Average wait time has improved but still can be quite lengthy. Somehow they can never find my medical records which turns into asking the same questions. Have to visit every 3 weeks for refills. Though, the staff are friendly. Not many other insured choices unfortunately.
