Wasn't worth my money – First of all my husband and I are on a budget. We haven't been to Midnight Rodeo in quite a while. We went to Midnight Rodeo for New Years Eve. On the internet it did indicate that People's Choice was playing that night and it said that it was $12.00 on Friday night. We called our friends and told them it would be $12.00. Disappointing – I've been to this place twice, both times on the weekend, and I have to say I was pretty disappointed both times. Unless there's a good band playing, this place stays pretty empty. Even worse, the DJ stopped playing country at 11 and started playing rap. To top off an already lame night, the bartender overcharged my debit card by $40!! If there's a good band playing there isn't any room to dance so don't count on that either. Bottom line: Pay with cash and don't count on a great atmosphere.

Sort of trashy.... – Been here once, so maybe it isn't representative of the usual nights here. It was a range of crowd ages from 18-50s. The music was okay, though it played 50% country and 50% hip hop. The drinks were cheap and made decent. It had a sort of "trailer fabulous" feels to it.

BEWARE!!!! – If you go here for a show and the parking lot is full, do not park in another parking lot around there...you will get towed! Midnight Rodeo does not put up any courtesy signs for their customers about parking elsewhere.

Avoid Saturday nights - Classic Country - It's horrible with the Austin dance club! – When Classic Country began on Saturday nights, my husband and I couldn't wait to go. Cute Guys and Great Dancing! – This place has everything from great coutry music to hot cowboys! I had the most fun I've ever had in Austin at the Midnight Rodeo. I highly recommend it to anyone wo is looking for a good time. The guys are hot and very gentlemen-like, so ladies, take your pick!

The Place to Party, Hook up and have fun – This place is the best. everytime i go there i have an awesome time. the music is good and the live bands that play there are awesome. it is such a relaxed atmosphere. if you want a good time then definitly go there.
