These 5 stars are not for the hospital but for Rachel the nurse practitioner that saw me in the er today. This is my 6th visit since Wednesday and she is the only doctor that was so concerned and racked her brain to get me feeling better and knew EXACTLY what to do. Her and the nurse that was helping her in the er today, I forgot her name, but she was out at 7pm.... they're amazing. Truly. My heros. I am set up now how I shpuld be to get to the bottom of my problems. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I’ve taken my girlfriend here countless times over the last year due to sudden medical issues and from putting false readings in her chart, and giving her morphine without getting permission then accusing her of trying to get drugs after failing a drug test immediately afterwards, to acting inappropriate and unprofessional overall it is just a bad experience. Had to get some information for a friend a the lady at check in desk was so nice and called for the information I needed and had the answers for me right away ty for your fast prompt service so much !!
Over the years I’ve had to come in due to seizure like experiences. Each time I’ve been treated like I’m an attention seeker. The first time I’ve come I explained my experience. They called it anxiety tics. Second time I came in it was because my roommate witnessed what seemed to be a seizure and begged I come in just to make sure I’m ok. I rolled my ankle went into the ER today from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor to the X-ray tech and the guy who put soft cast on my ankle I want to say thanks Great job the whole time . Very attentive staff all the way through
