Dr. Kahler was extraordinarily rude and condescending while treating my family member. He offered to transfer us to U of M due to her condition but then took it back stating “actually, they wouldn’t even take you”.. after my family member has been in excruciating pain for about a month now (and has been dealing with a chronic illness for almost 10 years!). Best meal I've had in a long time
This place is so bad it could be a comedy sketch, only it's not so funny because you're dealing with sick people. After reading numerous reviews I can't understand why nothing's ever done to make this place a better experience for people? They don't care and they have no problem showing that they don't care. Night shift PA and nurses are not good with children.
I was in both hospitals in town this last week. This is the one I will always pick if I can! Staff was kind and thorough. They explained everything to me. They actually cared. Plus bedside manner was actually great! Very grateful for the help. Thanks guys!
