Went in for an x-ray over a week ago and have still not heard anything. Have tried multiple times to follow up and have been ghosted.
Incredibly rude staff. I was recommended by a PA at cmich health to go immediately to the ER because they were worried I was experiencing clotting in my lungs after a blood pressure and test and ekg, I explained my symptoms to Gabrielle DiGiovanni PA and she completely dismissed and invalidated my symptoms without testing for said blood pressure issues. “That is highly unlikely” and then she told me what I was experiencing wasnt an emergency. Waited over 2 hours for my son to be seen having heart pain. 6 people came and went as he sat. Ridiculous then to allow a child with hand foot and mouth run around waiting area the whole time.
