The staff is utterly negligent and inhumane! Our community is in serious danger if this is the best medical care you can receive in the area.
Their slogan should be: "MyMichigan: Taking The 'Care' Out of Healthcare!" The entire MyMichigan Medical system is a joke. They do not care about helping anyone, they only focus on checking boxes and collecting paychecks. From PCPs to specialists to the emergency department, everyone is lazy, rude, and quick to send people on their way, no matter how sick they are, with no treatment options or advice on what to do, going forward. Go in for the worst gout flare up I've had in years. They gave me the wrong steroid shot, gave me one Norco (Norco does nothing for gout pain). Still can't walk. Just ridiculous
Don't trust these people at all... they lie and then wait months to contact you to tell you the deny changed false information they put in office notes !!! 👎🚫
