Very friendly and helpful . Been there 3 times everytime it's been less than 20 minutes each time .

My husband was sent from urgent care to mymichigan er. The urgent care doctor was not sure if he has shingles or a bacterial infection. He has a lot of medical issues with being immune deficient. Gabrielle DiGiovanni PA, was extremely rude to us. When she first walked into our room she had an attitude and let us know that the er is for life threatening issues and what my husband has is not life threatening. We are new up here. I’m very disappointed that the service is poor how they treat individuals who are not feeling well.
Very poorly advertisement that lab is open 24 7 and been here 2.5 hours so far waiting all while saying all er patients first why advertise lab 24-7 do not recommend this place of service.
