We utilized the services of MyMichigan Homecare two times in the last 5 years. In both instances we found the staff to be caring and considerate. Each and every one of the therapists were professional and knowledgeable. Communication was top notch. A special shoutout to George, an Occupational Therapist with this organization. My husband especially enjoyed his visits and guidance. We would definitely recommend this Home Care.
This is now a MidMich rip off subcontractor and is no longer located on campus. They don't sell mask parts, only entire units and the prices are much higher than available online.
I feel like they do not treat me like a customer should be treated. Times I have called and talked to someone, they want to argue with me. They do not call back when I have left messages. When I had a mask break, they told me they can't do anything about that until 1 year. I had mine for only 3 months. After the 4th time I called about the broken mask, I told the person who answered the phone I need to talk to someone who can make a decision about replacing my broken mask. Worst experience I've had with a healthcare facility. Showed up 30 minutes before close(430pm on a Friday) to get my toddlers nebulizer, the blonde woman who helped me didn't bother to give me her name, acted as if I was a burden for her having to do her job.. she did not explain to me how to use the machine, failed to include a face mask as a three year old would need one. After asking for a card she failed to produce one. She Rushed me out of the building, as she must've had more pressing things to do. Do not recommend.
I showed up right at 5:00 p.m. and Madison was very kind and served me. They're always very good with their service at this location.
