First time seeing Dr Kerwin. She is thorough and has great bedside manner. Very happy to have a new physician who listens.
I've been a patient here for quite some time and I feel that all staff and physicians deeply care about the patients and are always kind and polite. Certainly very knowledgeable I have never had any problems I am very pleased I appreciate all of them and how hard they work.
They treated me so well. I went In terrified and embarrassed and left so grateful and in happy spirits.
This is the 2nd time going here for my MDOT physical. Everyone was professional and nice. Easy to make an appointment and I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes. Thank you
Drs are great, the staff is awful ( poor attitude, uncourteous bordering on hostile at times) I will NEVER use their " lab " again - Covenant Mackinaw Lab Services is better staffed, and the staff is very professional, courteous, and above all, much faster.
