I’ve visited this salon twice. My first visit was great—I always get hard gel because my natural nails are long, and with other salons, my sets usually last over a month without any issues. However, during my second visit, things were very different. I got the same hard gel service, but just one week in, one of my nails broke off completely. Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible, do not go here. My nails are so damaged from this place and they would not offer me any amount of a refund other than a “try to fix” I have been getting Russian manicures for 2 years and decided to try a place closer to home, after moving. Big mistake. The lady I went to did not know the steps for Russian manicure and perhaps wasn’t even licensed. All of my nails cracked on the sides and tore within 4 days of the manicure.
