The doctor I saw was nice, but the supporting staff at this location really need more customer service training. When I checked in, the front desk receptionist did not welcome me by saying good morning, no smile on her face, and I could tell she was either new or didn't know the computer system well. That was my first visit. When I called for an itemized receipt, that staff member continued to cut me off throughout the conversation as I tried to explain what I needed. Good customer service is so important.
