They canceled an appointment that I made 5 months ago (first available for a physical) without any follow up. I tried to use the "patient portal" and it's completely veoken. No dropdowns to select any of the required fields. Not impressed, but there aren't many other options. Do better!!
What does it take to get a callback from this office? It seems impossible. I like the doctors but this type of communication is unreliable at best. To the staff: please check your phone messages and respond to them! No excuses!
Have been seeing the doctors in this facility for many years. During the recent preventative check, which usually is covered by the insurance, this doctor initiated the conversation about one of my blood test numbers and had a conversation with me about food choices. Then he billed me for this conversation as office visit, even though I did not go there for this particular topic at all. The billing lady was rude and used the fine prints to get out of the appealing process. I’ll not go back to this facility!
Edited: About a year ago I gave this practice 2 stars and complained about the front staff there, along with the ability to make appointments. However, I continued to go there, despite these issues. They have improved tenfold! I started seeing a different doctor there, and it's quite easy to make an appointment with her. The front desk staff has also improved: they are always pleasant, and when they aren't sure about something, they find out the answer for you. The nurses have always been great.
