I want to begin this review that it's not for this particular location; it is for Virginia Physicians, Inc. as a whole. On my past 2 visits I was under charged for my copay - instead of charging me $30, I was charged $20 thus creating a balance of $20 on my account. Now, I am not arguing about the balance, I will pay for that as it is owed. THIS IS REVIEW IS FOR DR. MARSHALL ONLY. I have been going to Dr. Marshall for the last 3 years. She always researches notes from previous visit and comes prepared to treat me. Whatever is outside of her expertise she’s always honest about it and immediately refers her patients to specialists. What I like most about her is she’s so sorted and decisive. I’ve never had any problems with the front staff, or communications. In fact with the staff and Drs are great and I get very quick feedback and updates using the Healow app.
Incompetent when it comes to billing insurance.
I had an immediate medical situation and tried to get an appointment with my doctor who is great. She had no appointments available, so I was scheduled with a board-certified nurse practitioner. She was abrupt, unprofessional and rude. Never again! I think I'll stick with my regular physician.
