Everything started off great. They dropped off the pod without any issues and we used it for several months. The problems began when we requested pickup. We were ghosted for several days and during a four day span my card on file was charged for two additional months of service after ending my rental and requesting the box be picked up. I cannot recommend this company as they cannot be trusted with your payment information. I’ve had to dispute with my credit card.
Very prompt service, easy to schedule and pay online. It was exactly what we needed as we cleaned out the garage and protected our stuff as we sorted through it all. Would highly recommend.
