I made 3 appointments with Midlantic Urology Plymouth Meeting PA. This place is terrible. Here is my experience: 1) 1st appointment, I forgot my card. I live 5 minutes away. They would not see me even though I am the responsible party for payment and would have brought my cards to them aftefrt the appointment. I live 5 minutes away, if that. 2) The next day I made copies of my Medicare card and supplementary EOB with my account number on it. 3) Rescheduled the appointment. MidLantic Urology in Kennett Square is an ongoing exercize in horrible patient service- lose my records, neglect to fill a Rx from my visit in March or April, fail to contacy me to schedule next appointment. A Rx was wrirren but now I am expected to pay for another visit due to a lousy transition. I now can't contact this mismanaged office.

I feel that I have received very good care and that he is very knowledgeable.  I also like that he seems to really understand me and considers how I view treatments when making recommendations.  I would recommend him and I am glad he is my urologist.

ZERO stars...So sorry I ever contacted this establishment. I was billed for procedures... before they were done. Had a follow up appointment which was scheduled in January 2022 for July 6. I never received notification that the doctor was on vacation; instead, I received 2 messages confirming my appointment. The appointment was for 12:30 pm so I arrived at 12:21 and read the sign at the receptionist's desk that they were at lunch until 1:00pm.
