I paid $1,263 for service here and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I dropped off my car early Saturday morning and clearly told Mason Frederik that I came from another town and would be waiting in Columbia until the service was finished. He assured me they would call. Instead, no one called, no one answered the phone after 4:30 PM, and when I arrived around 5 PM, the entire place was already closed- despite Google showing they’re open until 6:30.
