Staff was very friendly service department is incredibly over priced. Took my VW for an alternator replacement and they quoted me $2300. Took it somewhere else in Sumter immediately saved $800. Shop around before you accept any work from Midlands

I paid $1,263 for service here and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I dropped off my car early Saturday morning and clearly told Mason F. that I came from another town and would be waiting in Columbia until the service was finished. He assured me they would call.
