Total ____ show! This place gets worse every time I get my car serviced there. I literally canceled my appointment today after watching a dreaded service man loan out a customers car to his girlfriend?! Nope. Don’t trust leaving my car there thank you very much?! lol! I think I’ll check out Charlotte, not risking it here.
I can't believe I have to share this! Really NICE customer service but their diagnostic was SO OFF I think I was being scammed out of $6k for a new transmission. HERES WHAT HAPPENNED: - Scheduled maintenance for a recall, drop it off at 8am and mention the other issues I would like to get checked out (rattling under steering wheel). They called back and said "well let's see how good your car vocabulary is" and proceeded to essentially say that the transmission was 'overfilled' and there were 'metal shavings' so that I would ... read more
One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Joe H was awesome and so was Chris.. I knew what I wanted and I was able to drive it home same day!!
