Please be aware this facility will not give any medications for the first 24 hours. As per the way the doctor works. My husband was on a blood thinner and was not giving it for 24 hours. That led to his death. I was there by his his side the whole time. The nurses said I didn't know anything about such things. My husband passed away with a blood clot the next evening.
This has by far been an awesome experience. I’ve been here for a little over 2 weeks and the nurses and techs have always been on point making sure I was medicated and comfortable. Physical therapy was 3 times a day 2 PT 1 OT. They always made sure to push me to be greater. Christian and Matt were among the best when it came to making sure I did all I needed to do for my therapy and I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with. My father is in this rehab receiving irregularly scheduled, though I believe great physical and occupational therapies. He is frail and has to have many things done for him. To the positive, the nurses were compassionate, and the doctors were kind, informative and responsive. However, apparently, management does not oversee staff, nor the hiring of them well.
