Calling this office for the first time. The person that answered the phone, should not be speaking to the public. Customer service was awful (dry tone, no personality, and most importantly no sense of compassion). I hope that my appointment with Dr. Steele will be different. My first impression of this practice is not very favorable.
Office Staff is horrible. Requested records 10 times from September thru November 15, 2921. STILL haven't received them!! Theresa, and Adrian are extremely rude and lack compassion required for patient care.
Dont let anything go wrong with your presciptions. They will take 2 months to look at it then pass the buck.
Dr. Walkup is a pleasure and Adrian with the front desk is so nice. I feel valued as a patient and feel they will treat anyone the same way. Highly recommend for adult care.
I was told referrals take "no more than two weeks". That's quite a long time to wait just to make an appointment. Maddison who answered the phone both times I called was very short and rude in her tone. A person like this should not be answering the phones!
