After seeing Dr. Lemon once for jaw issues, I have never been able to receive extended care. After multiple phone calls, left messages, and extended times on hold, I do not believe the care team is right for me.

I had an emergency I&D after a root canal, they worked me In and EVERYONE was so kind and professional!. Dr Lemon called that evening to check on me. This is old school and as a patient I appreciate him!

There are goods and bads. The procedure went without a problem. The nurses were nice, especiallyCory, who was very patient and helpful. However, theoffice manager, Jennifer, was indifferent to my concerns. She was curt in respondingto my questions about insurance and an undisclosed fee. It was also difficult to get her on the phone because she didn't return my calls. Be prepared to pay extra because what the front desk tells you is not accurate and the doctor tells you that's just the way it is.
