It was a nice hotel for price, we needed a bed to sleep in for one night and this worked. I have had bed bug experiences in the past at different hotels. I know what to look for and how to find them anywhere and I didn't see any at this location.
Midlands Lodge has bed bugs. It was brought to their attention, but instead of providing a refund, they flat out refused that option, denied that they had bedbugs, acting like the motel goers were liars, and simply offered to switch rooms!! This has been reported to the national bed bug registry as the motel goers suffered from bed bug bites. Despicable customer service!
Absolutely the perfect hotel for the Hastings Area, great staff and a great quality room for a great price. With McDonald's right next door who could complain? The Lady in front is always caring and very helpful along the gentlemen as well. The maids are very considerate and pleasant. Thank you Midland Lodge! Keep up the great work!
