I purchased a 2014 Forc Explorer from this company last July 2022. Have gotten nothing, but a runaround! They’re horrible at communication. My water pump went out and I had to ask repeatedly for a loaner vehicle. Was told repeatedly that they don’t provide loaners! Had a loaner for a few days for check engine light and their mechanic said he couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Reset the light & the next week my water pump broke!
