I opened a new account on 07/29/2026. The process was smooth, and any questions I had were answer professionally with easy to understand language. I was never pushed to use any specific service. I deposited a large check, and I was explained their is a waiting period for new accounts with large non payroll checks. This is done to protect myself as much as the bank.
