This is my second year living at ReNew Scotsdale and for the most part my stay had been comfortable. But I have to say this last year was not well at all..!! The water getting shut off every other week was just frustrating and completely inconvenient..!! Just like Taylor Taylors review. This apartment complex is NOT worth living in unless you want cigarette smoke and weed smoke coming from your vents and maintenance telling you to BLEACH MOLD on your floor. I have told the property manager several times over text that there is weed smoke coming from the vents and the end result of that conversation was her saying "nothing I can do about it" even though she clearly knows it's illegal and breaking lease.
