I am a senior. I have had two heart attacks and surgery for a pacemaker and defibrillator. My doctor ordered Cpac equipment and these people refused to fill the prescription, yelled at me on the phone, said the insurance would not pay without two sleep studies.I already had one sleep study, and approval from my insurance company for the claim. I an taking my business elsewhere.
Just awful..no professionals, extremely rude an very poor reveiws..there should be a zero rating..they earned it!
They only supply my dad with two portable bottles which do not last long when we are having errands and dr visits. Every week it seems like I get a run a round when I call asking for two more tanks. How does and oxygen company run out of oxygen or fail to keep the equipment running necessary to fill the tanks?
