Allow owners into the room with their hurt/injured/dying animals before, during and after administering the mercy. I was not allowed that courtesy at this facility. Made a lasting impression.

Found a cat late one evening, and since we have other cats, I didn't want to bring in a new one without FIV/FeLV testing. Took the found cat to Midland Pet Emergency Clinic, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Did our test (which was negative) so we could have peace of mind introducing the new kitty to the established ones. And they've forwarded the records to my regular vet so that when we take her in for rabies shots and spaying , they'll already have her FIV/FeLV test results. Went for emergency treatment of puppy with rough housing injury, X-ray was done, she was thoroughly checked, no broken bones (thank goodness) medication was prescribed and puppy is now doing fine, would recommend this place and Dr Emery and staff!
Very, very unsatisfied with the care my dog received. Might as well have thrown $200.00 away. Will not ever return, or recommend this clinic to anyone.
Absolutely love the staff and all that they did for my cat. Very understanding and caring. Highly recommend them!
