I absolutely adore the staff here. The ladies up front are always so kind and helpful and Tokki is the best pediatrician I’ve ever met, she does wonderful with my special needs kid and my twins. I’ve never felt like they didn’t listen or didn’t care. I wish they could be my drs office too. 😂
Ridiculous wait time. It just seems to get worse and worse and we’ve been here for almost 4 years now. Loved Dr. Robins and he was pretty much the only reason why I tortured my kids and myself with the wait time. With his departure switched to ms. Tokkie now who we love but honestly the wait time is just unacceptable. We came this past Monday and waited an hour and half to be seen. Over and hour in the waiting room and over 30 mins in the room. was out the door past 2 hours our appt time. The “sick” waiting room was complete... read more
I don’t see why I have to be on time if I’m going to wait for an hour. They should just have us reschedule if this is going to happen. This place is wasting my time
Long wait times. There has been times that I will wait along time and eventually have to poke my head out the door to make sure they didn’t forget about us. Very inconvenient when it comes to having kids locked up in an office. Also the annual fee and the fact that I can’t even get a flu shot without paying it is just wild. Care about that money quicker than they do a child’s health.
