Would not see my 17 month old daughter when she was running 103° fever because she didn’t have an appointment. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to schedule her getting sick.
The staff is rude and not helpful. When you pay your deductible they apply it to an annual fee they made up out of thin air and then you end up owing your visit, even though you already paid at the window. Also when I asked for an itemized description of my bill they said “I don’t have to tell you, just pay”

I would not recommend this office. They charge a yearly office fee. I was charged in November and was asked to pay again 4 months later! The office fee should cover a YEAR. There are no special perks, no extra benefits. You most of the time will not even see an actual doctor. Better off going somewhere else.
I absolutely adore the staff here. The ladies up front are always so kind and helpful and Tokki is the best pediatrician I’ve ever met, she does wonderful with my special needs kid and my twins. I’ve never felt like they didn’t listen or didn’t care. I wish they could be my drs office too. 😂
