Atrocious customer service! The woman in the front office that I spoke to was the absolute rudest person I have ever spoken too. My kids have been patients here for 7 years and the way we were treated made us leave immediately. Definitely would recommend using any other pediatrician in Midland. There's a reason why they have 3 stars and every other pediatrician is rated higher

Would not see my 17 month old daughter when she was running 103° fever because she didn’t have an appointment. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to schedule her getting sick.

The staff is rude and not helpful. When you pay your deductible they apply it to an annual fee they made up out of thin air and then you end up owing your visit, even though you already paid at the window. Also when I asked for an itemized description of my bill they said “I don’t have to tell you, just pay”
