The intake nurse is terrible. She is not a pleasant person. She did not greet me and She walked off and left me trying to drag my toddler down the halls and keep up with her. Her whole demeanor and attitude is not nice. She acts like she hates children. My grandson is non verbal and she was very rough with him and she scared the crap out of him. If she doesn’t not like kids then she needs to find somewhere else to work. I was an intake nurse and I know how to treat patients.
Long wait times in COLD rooms, but the staff and nurses are great, and Dr Watson is very knowledgeable!
Excessive wait time, unkind staff. Update: We needed school shots for my child and didn’t want the hassle of finding a new office since we rarely go to the doctors. We pay the annual fee to be seen for vaccines, sign in online, arrive 10 mins early for our appointment, check in, we have to pay before we’re seen. We wait 45 minutes as other patients walk in and are called back. Come to find out, front desk NEVER checked us in, even when I asked how much longer and never apologized or recognized their mistake. Do not use this place. They make you pay a yearly fee like a Netflix subscription for your child to see a doctor here. My new pediatricians office has been asking for my daughter’s medical records for over a month and they will not respond or send them. Horrible service!
Dr Watson misdiagnosed my baby and is rude, along with the whole office staff. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Try Kids Care Pediatric instead.
