I always have a great visit every time i go to see Dr. Tony. I remember when I dreaded going to the dentist. Not anymore. I’ve had lots of work done and my teeth never looked better. Everybody at the office is very pleasant and makes your visit very relaxing no matter what has to be done be it a filling or a root canal. Dr. Tony has all the up to date gadgets to do a precise job. I would recommend anyone who asks me for a dentist to go see Dr. Tony.
The atmosphere in your is is contagious.....every time I visit your office it is a great experience.....and the pain goes away!!!

I had a dental emergency yesterday, and was so worried that the office wasn't going to be able to fit me in. Not sure why I ever doubted this GREAT team. They fit me in right away and did an amazing job as always. With barely any wait time at all... and zero pain... I was quickly back at work. Thank you Midland Park Family Dentistry. Made appointment on line. No wait in the waiting room. Very pleasant office staff. Extraordinarily gentle hygienist who kept me on time for a work meeting. Great technology that I didn’t even know existed. Oh, and the dentist was awesome too! Took the time to perform a thorough review and answered all my questions. I’ve been to many dentist offices over the years but this was my best experience.
I have been a patient for close to 15 years. Doctor Caramico and his staff are the best of the best ! I highly recommend this dentist !
I've been a patient for many years now, and Dr. Caramico is the only person I trust. He is honest, calm, and caring. He is more than efficient at finding all my issues and meeting all my needs. He has saved several of my teeth that I though were beyond repair. And he is the best at making sure I'm not in any pain. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. So grateful for finding his practice! The girls in the office are so sweet too. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable.
The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The dental equipment is state of the art and the quality of dental care is outstanding. I have been going to Midland Park Dentistry for 10 plus years and even though I have moved from the area, I continue to utilize their dental services.
