I cannot say enough about the staff in the Tinley Park office. I was an escort for my husband today after his procedure; as we are getting ready to leave I felt very dizzy and fainted in office. The staff moved with speed and purpose, had me laid in a chair with ice packs, got me water, gave me some oxygen & monitored my blood pressure. I do not know what I would have done if it was not for this staff today, god put them around me for a reason today. Happy with the surgery that my daughter received for her surgery, but give them 1 star as not responding to correspondence from my dental insurance and not returning phone calls , this has been going on since April. I will recommend to my primary dentist not to recommend them for patients that require extractions
From start to finish, horrible experience. To book procedure, took multiple phone calls exceeding 45 minutes sometimes. Attempted to charge for consultation even though covered by insurance. Staff was not overly friendly in office except conversing with each other. No post op information was given regarding possible “complications” like dry sockets and gums receding from other teeth.
