Worst company to have a loan with. Made a payment , they took the money and said that they couldn't find the payment, cancel my plan, I send them proof and magically the plan was active again. Still no report of the payment yet.
This company is so misleading, I’ve experienced them switch account details, freeze my account so I couldn’t make payments, constant letters threatening foreclosure despite following their recommendations of applying mortgage assistance, delays in processing payments and paperwork. In short this company is terrible to work with and they are misleading. I see why they are getting sued.

This company is ridiculous!! Automated response says there open from 9am on Saturday yet I've been calling since 9 am and it says there closed!! What a bunch of bull!!
I was transferred from Wellsfargo about a year ago, its not the same level of service for one they're not 24 hours. When the transfer happened, I received a late fees. My acct was on Auto pay to Wellsfargo, funds went there. By the time WF transferred the funds to Midland, I received a late fee, which they refused to remove via crediting my acct. Not happy with them definitely a lower level bank.
