Midland help me and family out very thankful
This company is ridiculous!! Automated response says there open from 9am on Saturday yet I've been calling since 9 am and it says there closed!! What a bunch of bull!!
I was transferred from Wellsfargo about a year ago, its not the same level of service for one they're not 24 hours. When the transfer happened, I received a late fees. My acct was on Auto pay to Wellsfargo, funds went there. By the time WF transferred the funds to Midland, I received a late fee, which they refused to remove via crediting my acct. Not happy with them definitely a lower level bank.
I got sold off to this terrible, awful, no good, piece of garbage mortgage broker from Wells Fargo. They empties my entire escrow account then doubled my mortgage payments due to an empty escrow account. Are they kidding?!!?! Wells Fargo is terrible too! Be warned and good luck. I refinanced right after my first payment. WORST COMPANY EVER. RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. You can't even get someone on the phone. Horrible bank got discriminated against by this bank speaking with attorney to file lawsuit hopefully they take the license away from this bank making people life hell i am a veteran first responder they are trying to screw my credit even i pay off loan showing late payment for two months i wrote them letter multiple time their representative told me it’s ok i can make payment at closing very disappointed.
