Pulled the plug on our buyer's loan a week before closing, citing Covid restrictions. Didn't they know that weeks ago??? Timed the denial letter just in time for buyers to get their earnest money back and leave us with nothing but packed boxes and an unbought house in Florida. Poor loan execution, poor buyer qualification, poor communication.
Jane has done two home loans for us and both times she shared negative, inappropriate, and much-too-personal emails with my husband. (About me) Her conversations with our paralegals were also negative (as always, about me) and inappropriate as well. Women generally always slip up and snitch on each other eventually. She will prefer to work with your husband over you. (Like she prefers Seth over me) She does not like stay-at-home moms/wives. She has a general animosity towards married women. Hello! I cannot even begin to explain what we have been through trying to help these borrowers for the second time. We have treated them with care and understanding throughout the entire process since we knew from our last experience that she is very volatile. None of the comments in the complaint actually have anything to do with the loan process or Midland Mortgage, it is simply a personal attack on the loan officer based off of some sort of imagination she has conjured up. I closed on my home the end of June. My daughter closed on hers the end of May. The staff at the NE branch were fabulous to work with on both occasions. They were help and explained all we needed to understand. When my 26 year old daughter came to a challenge, Pam and Gina both where kind and patient with her needs. I liked the process so much it sparked a true interest in the field. I would recommend Midland Mortgage to anyone.
RecommendedI’m so thankful to have been referred to Becky Thompson. If it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be moving into our new house. Becky has been amazing from the beginning and made this process so much easier than it could have been. My wife and I are beyond thankful we had her on our side.
