Honestly, I can't say enough!! I am so pleased that I decided to check Midland Meat Co. out!! Everyone there, is so kind and very helpful, but more importantly, the meat is so good!! I purchased quite a bit of beef, pork, well too much to mention... you won't be sorry! If you haven't given them a try, just start out getting some steaks or ground beef! Now this is where it’s at! Mooooooove over literally any other butcher business in the area, this place wins by a landslide! The presentation is flawless, selection is killer, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer and were crazy knowledgeable! Will be giving them my business along with probably a good size of all of my future income!!! Keep up the good work yall!
Absolutely love this local meat market! High-quality meats and the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. I recently scored Wagyu ground beef in bulk and it was 100% worth it. I would highly encourage you to shop local and know where your meat comes from!
First of all the meat market is awesome. I bought my second brisket from here and it turned out just as good or better as the first one. I smoked the brisket for six to seven hours and the meat turned out so tender and delicious. I’ll be back for more.
BEST BEEF IN THE BASIN!!!!!! I've been cooking briskets for going on 30 years now and the WAGYU ANGUS briskets are on a level ALL THEIR OWN!!! MMC briskets are how briskets should ACTUALLY TASTE!!! WORTH EVERY LAST PENNY!!! Also they are the only Briskets I've found that stay the same size after being cooked.😎
