When my husband and I decided to redo our kitchen, we looked at a lot of countertops from a lot of different companies. We ended up visiting the Midland Marble showroom in Independence. We live in Independence and chose them because of them being a local company and the staff was extremely friendly. Once we chose our countertops and set the dates for installation, we found out our choice was back-ordered. We were able to adjust our schedule with the painter and move the dates. Customer service stopped once job completed – We had new granite countertops put in kitchen a year ago, total approx. $9000. Customer service was great until job completed. I wrote two letters and called and left several messages to no avail. I noticed after the job was completed one corner was left unfinished. Not a big deal, easy fix if they had only returned one of my numerous messages. I was happy with everything up until the day the installers left and the customer service stopped. Kitchen facelift I recently got new countertops from Midland Marble and Granite. They provided excellent service, were competitively priced and completeld the work in a very timely manner. They have a great selection of granite in their warehouse and I liked the fact that I could pick out the specific slab of stone I wanted for my kitchen.
