We had an absolutely terrible experience with Midland management. Our air conditioning broke a lot. The bathrooms are freezing cold in the winter time. We had an ongoing problem with flies every fall that climbed to the inside of our windows and got in to the light fixtures. They have an ongoing problem with thieves wandering through the building on a regular basis, and renters would frequently have to ask them to leave the premises. They redid all the hallways but did not remodel the ladies bathrooms which were very dated. ... read more
