I previously reported a heating issue to management, but they claimed it was resolved. However, as shown in these pictures, ice formed inside our 10th-floor loft. The unit had no heat, forcing us to use the oven at 350°F for warmth. We also purchased two heaters to maintain a warm temperature. Additionally, we were evacuated from our home twice due to fire alarms and smoke detectors alerting us to potential carbon monoxide poisoning. Also without hot water some days.
