This location is very convenient when it comes to amenities and transportation.
1. The water has been cut off without notice on a Fri, often so Admin isn't available till Mondays.. so many times without hot water also without warning, again on a weekend.. 2. Not a Seniors Apt anymore.. all ages paying less than some Seniors, yet no update with Ministry or City so that we have recourse. Admin turns us away saying we are independent living, yet there have been assault and intimidation.. 3. No working cameras for protection and order.. lied all year that they work.. but they don't 4. The staff is very unreasonable and rude, knocking at the office door does not open the door, just talking to you through the door. This is the first time I have seen such a thing in my life.
Great neighborhood for seniors to be more independent. Dentist , clinic, pharmacy, grocery and convenience stores all within walking distance.
