My mom is here!! My family and I are not impressed. Upon walking into my mom's room to find her top down and chest exposed is very alarming. Not one person knew why it was exposed. For the amount of money they charge for a semi private room is discusting. The rooms are not cleaned regularly. Each time I visit my mom, I am always cleaning up garbage off the floor and ect.
I wonder how they know my name and they just randomly called me today at 7:25 very creepy behavior and then hang up that’s very stalker like. I’m just in my 20s and have no family here so why would they call me at a nursing home how did they get my contact
I have been seeing a few negative reviews posted possibly online to undermine the morale of the leadership team and of the staff here at Midland Gardens. My family’s experience at Midland Gardens Care Community has been consistently reassuring, and I feel it’s important to share this perspective, especially regarding the leadership and clinical team.
