I had a positive experience with Midland Ford. I was greeted and shown every car I wanted to see and test drive. The sales person was informative and answered my questions . I felt very comfortable with my interactions. The personnel , even the finance was pleasant and thorough. I'd recommend going to see Derrick O. He will take good care of you .
I bought a used 2020 jeep Cherokee trail hawk at this Ford dealership I had issues the 3 day I owned it. At first they didn't want to fix the problem and sent me to the Dodge/ jeep dealer down the road and they fixed the issue I had but after I went to the dealership and I gave them the bill and see what they can do for me and I seen Zach at the used car at Ford. My wife and I just purchased a new truck from Midland Ford. This was our first new vehicle, so we were a bit nervous. Bill was our sales rep and was kind and understanding of our needs. He was not pushy and made the process very easy. Trevor in Financing respected our wishes to not oversell us on additional things we had made clear we were not interested in.
