We've done business here for years. From several leased vehicles, vehicle purchases, oil changes and other maintenance services we've always had great service. We come back time and time again because we've always had great experiences and don't want to risk going anywhere else!
Matt and the rest of the staff do a great job of explaining what needs to be done and why. They also always keep me informed on the progress of the work being done on my vehicle
I took my Ford Escape into the Quick Service Center for routine work. Staff are always helpful and professional. Matthew C. was great and gave me good information on affordable tires . The service work is fast and the waiting area is comfortable. Highly recommend.
I am a 1st time ever buyer of a Ford. Midland Ford was super easy to work with (especially Jan and Wes). They were happy to show me everything as I changed my mind going from car to SUV to hybrid! It's now 2 1/2 years later and wanted to give a shout out to Quick Lane and Meghan in Midland. Meghan is very friendly in the front area. Came in for a recall notice and was offered a ride because it would up to a four hour wait. Got a ride to the mall and back. It was nice to be able to shop instead of sitting in the waiting room.
