Been using them for years up until this year. I put my return address on the envelope and yet my papers got sent to the wrong address. Normally the return address is used. Anyways, got copies of the papers to sign, and front office lady marked out the "payment part". The received a call from them that I need to pay $150?? Yall lost my paper work with my info on it and didn't look at the return address. Not my fault.

If there were zero stars, that's how I would rate, the accountant was short and nasty and wouldn't let me explain anything. I had to wait for the appointment and now at the end of the month have to Scrabble to get help on my taxes. If you are not 100% prepared when you walk in the door ( which I wasn't told what I needed), be prepared to walk out insulted and empty handed.

I have used Midland for 20 years and started when I was stationed in Sumter. They have always been prompt, friendly, responsive and thorough. Even after I changed duty stations and moved away, I continued to use them and they have been great year after year. It has been worth it, even long distance, to use Midland.
