Dr. Montero is highly intelligent, compassionate, and patient. You won't sit for an extended period of time waiting to be seen. She doesn't display the usual elitist attitude that you run across in the medical field.
Wonderful friendly staff. Always helpful. They listen to any concerns I have.
Made an appointment and was clear in my request for allergy shots needing administered. Explained I needed a PCP in the area since I am new to Midland. After speaking with the kind nurse the day of my appointment I was advised by Lori Reeves they cannot administer allergy shots at their facility. I’ve never been to a physicians office that is not allowed to administer a shot with other doctors orders. I was told by many people moving to this area that the health care is terrible. I now see why.
