A great experience all around with this practice. I was in pain and the receptionist was able to get me in Dr Gaughan schedule very quickly. Dr Gaughan was very kind and thourough with his explanations. The procedure took just a few minutes and he took every precaution to minimize the pain. My only regret was waiting a few days to call this office as opposed to calling immediately at the onset of the issue.
Dr Sternberg did an excellent job on removing a very painful bunion I had for over 15years it already feels 100 times better. and a lot straighter than it was thank you Dr Sternberg
Dr Sternberg is great. I have never had a bad experience and he always helps whatever issue I am having with my foot. And I love his friendly personality too. Been going here off and on for years.
The staff & nurses were SO good with my daughter who has extreme anxiety, props to them. She had to have a toenail partially removed. While the procedure was painless & quick for her the set up was anything but! As a parent seeing a needle come OUT THE BACK OF THE GREAT TOE is unacceptable once, for it to happen 3 times is beyond unacceptable. I appreciate the doctor so much! It took me 4 doctors counting him and he was the only one willing to go in with a camera in my left ankle to actually see what was going on. I been dealing with left ankle pain for four years at the start my feet turned outward and I had to crawl around my apartment and count walk. He is amazing and actually listens to your concerns and problems and does not brush them off!
