What Is up with all of you today?? Front counter ladies and staff are grouchy and herding people around like cattle. One of you called a patient as rude as he had question on the forms to fill out. App of you are talking so fast know one can even understand you. All of you need some customer service training and some work on social skills I think you are forgetting who supports you.
My experience with the front office staff was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff, as well as the office manager, were dismissive, unprofessional, and rude throughout the entire interaction. I was unexpectedly charged a $150 no-show fee using the card on file without my verbal authorization or prior notification that the payment would be processed.
