I just wanted to say that Cathy H is fantastic to deal with and is always on top of things. She has assisted with a referral I gave a friend and all went great. Both my apartment, and the one leased by my friend were updated, very clean, and the maintenance has been very good. I am hoping they continue to work on the exterior with window upgrades, and some TLC to the property, but I enjoy living her. The location is great and the people that live there are cordial. I will be renewing for sure.

BEWARE Cullor Property Management at it’s finest. 3 reviews on this site and 2 are family and friend. Just another way they will lie and cheat the customers. I wonder if the investors at Apartmentvestors know this is how they’re being represented. It’s theyre money being used to fraud the customers.
This place was absolutely terrible. Lived here for a complete year and couldn't wait to get out. First off when I was first shown my apartment I was only told that there was only a water and electric bill. Received my first water bill and then ANOTHER what I thought was a water bill but turned out to be a water waste bill which I was not informed of when signing my lease. The apartment does not have central heat or ac so the only way to keep your house cool is the ac in the window of your living room which keeps only THAT ro... read more
